DoxyPEP is a prescription antibiotic regimen that can be taken after an unprotected sexual encounter to reduce the risk of chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Similar to how emergency contraception protects against pregnancy, DoxyPEP treatment is designed to proactively help protect against STDs when taken as soon as possible after unprotected sex! DoxyPREP can also be taken daily in conjunction with traditional PREP for HIV Prevention.
DoxyPREP can be prescribed by any Primary Care doctor. If you are taking PREP for HIV prevention, ask your navigator about DoxyPREP.
